What does “your feedback is important” actually tell me?
“The feedback has been valued. Has it been read?” — Arthur
Original
“Your feedback is important to us and has been passed to the relevant team.”
Plain English
“We sent your complaint to the returns team today. They will reply by Friday.”
What the wording leaves out
The original sentence confirms very little. It does not tell you whether anybody will investigate or when you will hear back.
What to check
Ask who has the case, what will happen next and when to expect a response. Keep your reference number.
